Accessibility Statement
MenuPhotoLab should work for every restaurant owner and staff member, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, or magnify the screen.
1. Our Goal
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across menuphotolab.com.
2. What We Have Done
We check the public pages with automated accessibility testing and fix what it finds. The most recent review, in September 2026, fixed low-contrast text, an email field without a label, and a link that could only be told apart from the text around it by its color. The site is available in English, Korean, and Chinese, and each page tells screen readers which language it is in.
3. Known Limitations
The signed-in dashboard (upload, AI Studio, and billing) has not yet had the same review as the public pages, and no part of the site has yet been tested manually with a screen reader. We are working through both.
4. Report a Problem
If something on MenuPhotoLab is hard to use, email support@menuphotolab.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
